We also want your experience here to be remembered by the special touches, items you don’t find everyday. This actually also includes the plants you will see, walk past, and sit beside. We shop at local nurseries, and we order from across the country. The big box stores seem to have a lot of the things you can see very often, while they are pretty it doesn’t bring that ‘special occasion’ feel we strive for.
This week we’ve after over a year of searching finally obtained six incredible hydrangea plants. We will be incorporation them along with two other new varieties that came highly recommended by a local horticulture expert. Two of these were all special orders and not available locally.
Give it a few months and they should look similar to this, did you know there are more then fifteen varieties of white hyrangeas?
There are more independent nurseries then you probably realize. If you are looking for midsize we recommend Armstrongs Garden Centers with a few locations, and also Roger’s Gardens Corona Del Mar if you want an even larger selection or perhaps a day of inspiration.

We know we have hit our limit when they bring the motorized movers to help us to the car
We can’t wait to see them in bloom, they are mostly twigs right now, however they ‘fluff out’ as they say, so very quickly once they get going.
